This is a great video. I have been trying to understand how I can feel the same awareness of meditation into my everyday movement. Breathing while moving and doing normal things I think is a key to ascending the body. Chi Kong is a good way to practice this and also Tai chi, but I am also trying to do this just by talking around and when my kids are being loud in the house. This is a good challenge for me.
