Thanks for the recipe..i make it exactly the same way but i dont get the same taste as restaurants, there remains something missing,..i heard that the difference is due to the level flame..in restaurants its on very high flame which is not usually present at homes. Also i live in US where the flame burners are usually not present but the electric coil method is usually present. i love soups n i want to learn if this can be a reason? thx again!

Corn flour and corn starch are one and the same. Americans call it cornstarch while the europeans call it corn flour.

Interesting. I was waiting for the cumin, but it never showed up. Looks delicious, I will try it.
One note: the text scroll refers to “corn flour”, but clearly it is corn starch.
