OBG! I loved flap jacks, I don’t get them in Canada but you can bet when i come back home to England I have them. I will miss them myself next time i go home because. i’ve been doing really good with my Raw food the past few weeks. I don’t miss the chocolate and some flap jacks have chocolate on them where i live in Manchester. Great videos, thank you so much for the teeth advise. Take care love Margaret x x
