Recipe: 3 big pieces of broccoli 500g spinach 2 tbs flaxseeds or 1 tbs flax oil 1 tbs hempseed a handful dandelion 1 tomatoe 1,5 cucumber 2 tbs basil or handful of fresh basil Sea or pink himalayan salt cayenne pepper or pepper some clovers- about them: Clovers are a valuable survival food, as they are high in protein, widespread, and abundant. They are not easy to digest raw, but this can be easily fixed by juicing them or boiling them for 510 minutes. Dried flower heads and seedpods can also be ground up into a nutritious flour and mixed with other foods. Dried flower heads can also be steeped in hot water for a healthful, tasty tea. :) Blend all together with warm water or cold water and enjoy!
