So this would be pushing us to be curious and try it of course. We would really observe that raw foods are having their food nutrients intact and you can really munch on the 100% nutrients that is on the food for it is uncooked. Fresh is healthy as we have known. But we also have to consider that we people are used to cooked foods rather than taking it fresh. It could also harm our stomachs.

So in every food dieting there are advantages and disadvantages that we need to be aware of. It is already up to us if how we would be handling it and balance it for our own good and benefit. So let us also consider the things on both positive and negative aspect.

When you make your own raw food diet list you awould need to balance everything. Most especially the food that you would intake. You can’t take raw meat everyday or even vegetables 3 times a day.Balancing is important with dieting.

This is for us to make our diet more effective and succeed on the dieting plans that we had set up. It is one way of of preparing ourselves to have an aim of a perfect diet, now it is already up to us on how we will be disciplining ourselves and be consistent of what we should be doing.
