I make raw mashed potatoes, using cauliflower, for the first time.

I honestly followed this recipe and found the garlic clove way too overpowering. And I love garlic.

“being raw” means eating any cooked or processed food. It also normally means a vegan diet (no meat, fish, poultry, eggs and dairy). Humans do not need meat in their diets.

@thatoneguyonline: what do you mean by “being raw”?

I think eating more vegetables is a good idea in general but I also think that can make you too sensible. After all, your body develops resistance when you put it under stress not when you relax, so maybe it can be a good idea to also eat meat every once in a while.

Hey, Sam! Raw potatoes don’t taste very good and can contain toxins.

I’m not raw…yet. My goal is to be high raw by 2010.
