My question is: what kind of a doctor is he????
dude i got scared when he was all coming after the kid with that sword thing XD
I’ve watched LR for over a year now. I’ve no doubt that one can subsist for a time, or even years on raw vegetarian or vegan dietary regimen. I was one such person. Vegetarian to raw vegan of 8 years. I have many friends who’ve transitioned from a raw vegan approach to inclusion of raw animal foods.
Take care to note that LR is not opposed to consuming animal foods & even mentions on numerous occasions that he would be willing to include animal fat in the future if he notices deficiency.

interesting comments about not being able to thrive on a 100% raw food diet. I would say that after several years on a rawfood diet I was electromagnetically pulled to living in nature and eating from the land. 100% raw in a cooked city enviroment creates problems i feel. You just get to clean.
Having had the gift of raw milk straight from a nanny goat, it was amazing, I loved it.
Cooked is Love, Raw food is Love, it’s all Love, don’t be fooled by the fear.
You can do 100% raw.
If you consume raw animal foods.

Let’s not limit our perceptions ;)
Peace All-Ways!
You have a decent product; I know it. E3Live literally feels much better in my system. This is how I see it. For a comparative example, dried vegetable juice is never going to compare with fresh juice. Do you see what I mean? E3Live is fresh frozen. From my corner, fresh frozen E3Live is a lot better than any dry powder that always goes through a heating process. You may disagree but my basic opinion is that fresh greens are better than dried ones.
Nakut
Have you ever taken his Products to a Lab for Testing to verify if his Claims are true ?
Eagles
so you’re basically saying Sheridans ELIXR OF THE LAKE is over rated and over priced and is an Inferior product ?
But how can we as consumers Factually verify if the Claims are true about all these various Powders out there ?
Sheridan can ‘ claim ‘ his Powders contain x y and z , that alone by itself doesnt make it True.
For example, He can ‘ say ‘ GREENER GRASSES has 10 grams of Protein, 5 grams Vitamin A, Calcium etc.
But how Can we Test it to know thats True ? Anyone thats selling something can make all the Claims they want, doesnt mean anything
A movement is only worth as much as its unbiased love of truth
That’s OK: juicers and food processors also do not grow in trees! LOL! I have to agree that high raw is ideal, not 100% raw.
Greener Grasses is a good product. One family member loves it with the coconut water per Matt’s vid.
For how long should you steam sprouted chickpeas for them to become easier to digest????
this guy is awesome and he looks like dr joel fuhrman but with lots of hair lol :) AWESOME VIDEO!! :D jameth is awesome
Your critique of E3Live, the fresh-frozen AFA is way off for those of us who like raw, fresh wild and organic food. I have tried all AFA products. Lets keep it real! E3Live is like drinking fresh carrot juice. The evaporated product is closer to carrot juice powder. There is a big difference here. The fresh green liquid form is dynamic and preserves the natural chlorophyll, micro-nutrients and co-factors. Take a tip: fresh is best! That’s the truth.
This video is amazing! Jameth is my new favorite superhero :-)
lol awesome video..may the force be with you!!!
Sounds like an intriguing conversation you had with this doctor.
excellant
excellent
For anyone not familiar- raw foods are considered as *extreme yin*..those weaknesses he speaks of are probably the typical yin diseases. I’ve seen a few San Paku raw foodies and that worries me. Raw foodies NEED to balance with yang energies- if you don’t do it with baked foods, then you have to do it by getting outside and working hard- like he said.
You could get away with a higher percentage of raw food in your diet if you balance out the expansive nature of the raw foods with some other contractive force such as being out in the sun more often….being indoors often and being raw (especially still eating sugars) is a bad idea.
Great work jameth, Thank you!!!!
Bruce Willis is raw!
j/k although I hear the real Bruce Willis is raw.
I have his greener grasses, it’s great! I do it with coconut water per Matt’s advice and a prior video.
I also don’t think a person has to be 100%raw to be in this movement. As long the other part of the diet is whole foods, a person can be successful and healthy.
this guy is cool. he knows what he is talking about. Vegan is definetly the way to go, but 100 percent raw can make you too skinny.
